I can't locate it this year, for some reason?

I heard that Caldwell was ranked very high but can't find the rankings?

try the TGCA website ...volleyball rankings...don't know how updated they are.

Go to Max Prep...the rankings are there for all divisions

I found this AP Ranking but I can't vouch for the validity since I don't have a link where it came from. This was from Oct 27th I think..

Class 3A

That's pretty close to Maxpreps....they updated today...it says.
The one I took from was a top 25 list. Did not list Cuero or Graham though.
