MAN this one is interesting and has me a bit worried if I'm being honest.

If the Jays can contain BR's RB I think Needville has a good chance to come away w/ the win. But that is easier said than done I'm afraid.

Gimme the Jays by 3.

Royal by 14 there defense has looked good lately and the offense is still fast as ever.

From what I hear gonna be a good one. Worry about the Jays ability to defend the passing game. Looked shabby against sweeny and stafford. Jays just need to control the clock and pound it with Fuchs and co.

Defending speedsters has alway been a problem for Needville. I think they will shut the running back down, but give up big pass plays like they did against Sweeny and Stafford.
It should make for a very exciting finish to district play for both teams.

Brookshire Royal is just too fast for Needville, So im going to take BR is a blowout 50-7.

I'm still confused about that call.

Needville will try to contro; the ball like Sweeny did. But the Falcon's can score on any play. That's why I picked Royal.

i agree we all saw that royal can score on any play when they scored on 60 yd screen play

and if it would have been pass interfernce wouldnt the ball have been on the 1 instead of the 7

Speed really hurts Needville. With that said, Royal will win by 18 unless Royal turns the ball over alot. Royal can also throw the ball deep; the Jays better be able to put alot of pressure on the QB 'cause they don't have the guys to cover them long. Needville will have the necessary game plan to give them the best chance to win and their kids will do what the coaches ask. I have been very impressed with how fundamentally solid Needville is but I think this one comes down to BR having more athletes that can overcome mistakes.

Breaking News--- Needville coaching staff has special ordered PF FLYERS for all there players. As you all know the PF FLYERS have proven to help out run a Bull Mastif. Good luck Falcons trying to catch the Jays this week.

Even if it was pass interference the penalty would have still been a half the distance to the goal line, because they were inside the 20...spot fouls inside the 20 are in the NFL not hs..

It has been very quiet about the game the last couple of days. I saw BR plya WOS, and I saw that BR only has one Tuba player in the band. It is going to be hard for Royal to win those close games in 26AAA with only one Tuba player. THat is just my opinion.

This game will be well played, but just for thought if Sweeny beat Needville 28-6 and BR was literally plays away from beating them...what do you think is gonna happen???

Oh without a doubt in my mind I see BR most likely pulling out the win over Needville but anything can happen so I'm not counting Needville out at all they're a stout team.

We keep saying that speed kills, but when you look at the schedule that Needville has played. Worthing has more speed, as well as La Grange, Columbus, Wharton, West Columbia, Sweeny, and Stafford. Speed makes for some mismatches against Needville, but the bottom line is that the opposing team has to take advantage of those mismatches. Up to date Needville has not given up too many points due to mismatches. Sweeny took advantage of a couple of post routes, but even with that Needville only gave up 28 points. Needville is avergeing 30 so I like my odds in that game.

No question as to who has more speed, I think the question is "Will Needville be able to establish a run game and put together some drives that keep BR playmakers off of the field and unable to score." I still like Needville in this game. I believe that they are going to be able to string together some drives and put some points on the board.

EX KAT win or lose, needville still has your little flagget, how proud you must be, i bet he gets his wrist action from you, is he planning on being a flagget in college, maybe he could be a flagget at SHSU, how proud would you be? carrying on the family tradition as a BEARKAT, GO NEEDVILLE

I am very proud of my little flagateer. I know that I would love for him to follow in my footsteps and end up on the field at Sam. He has his little heart set on it, but I don't think that there are any scholarships involved in it. I know that he has already picked his major in flagology.

Have seen both teams play this year and this game is a toss up. BR will have the speed advantage like most have stated on here but offensively Needville is going to run straight ahead so the speed factor becomes less of a factor.

i think this may be a shoot out with BR scoring quickly and Needville pounding the ball and controling the clock when they have the ball.

This game can go either way IMO.

Interesting sidenote to the game is the Royal HC will be coaching against one of his former schools. So he might be putting a little more into this game than normal.

Who knows what the outcome will be each time I think about it I change my mind.

My mind says BR at the moment by 8.

Give me an hour and I am sure this will change.
