What would you do? You have a salty football team playing in a tough district. #1 #6 and you #12 in same district. You playing #1 in state.Losing 14-0 in 4th quarter and you are in a punting situation of punter standing in back of the endzone. There is also a 30 mph wind blowing in your face. what do you do?:mad:

I know what I would do but I just was wondering if I was the only one who thought that way.

I would snap it over the kickers head and take a safety. Then kick to them giving them worse field position then if we would have punted and hope my defense does its job. We are still only two scores down and they have a less likely chance of going up by 3 scores. Just my $0.02.

i agree. even after the safety still just down 2 TD's w/ 2pt conversions.

That is exactly what I was thinking,take the safety then its 16-0.You get better field position and down by 2 scores...What did we do. We sent our star punter out there(he kicks high and far) and when that ball hit that air stream it came down on the 10 yd. line. 5 seconds later we were down 21 to zip. Could have been a great moral boost for our little guys.:thinking:
