Sure, but if the conditions were "with my fist" I'd have to try much harder. Otherwise, I'd grab and bull-rush.

Considering an almost 100 lb difference I might kill him. I train boxing as part of my MMA training. He is a better boxer than I am, no doubt, but I can handle myself and I doubt it would take too many punches to knock him down or knock him out.
