I hated to bring it up before the Championship Series but the Cubs do have a curse on them. It has been something that I and a few others have been working on for most of our lives. The curse was put in place well before I was born and that has made it a huge problem. We know who was contacted to place the curse. But the type of black magic he used is still a mystery. The old guy had all of his papers burned before he died and very little is known about his powers. We tried several things to reverse the curse during the past year and were hoping we had suceeded. When the weird things happened in game six we knew it was the curse. It is most puzzling. Rest assured Cub fans that we will continue to try and reverse the curse.

That was kinda sad that a Cubs fan ruined the teams chances for a World Series chance for a dang foul ball. Then he was ashamed and hid his face and got an escort because he was scared. I think it was a good thing that guy pulled the shirt of his head so everyone could see him. He deserved it.

Dude, either you catch it or take the chance of getting hit by it...

I know when I'm at an Astros game and I'm anywhere near foul territory (Wait, that's in a lot of places) I'm just waiting for a foul ball...

In slow-mo you see alou elbow hitting the rail and his glove popping before he knew the ball wasn't on its way down, meaning most likely his elbow hitting the rail if the ball were in the glove would have knocked the ball out anyway...

The ball was in the stands...

Like the losing pitcher for the Cubbies said that night 'It wasn't his fault, he didn't give up 8 runs, my staff and I did' (not his exact words, by the way)...

I am not a baseball fan by any stretch of the imagination. I saw the the replay of that foul ball and it looks to me as if SEVERAL people were going for that ball, not just that one guy!!

This is coming from a girls point of view, but if the Cubs were ahead in the series 3-1, I don't see how that guy can be blamed for anything. If the Cubs were THAT good, it should have never come down to the 6th game, much less the 7th!!
