My roommates grandpa died this morning. He's gonna be going back home for a week or so.

Yea my first semester my freshman year my grandpa passed away the friday before finals started. My professors would not budge on the test dates so we had to work in the funeral around mine and my cousins finals...

needless to say it really sucked and the professors were @$$holes

Grand parents are just full of so much knowledge. I learned so much from mine while they were alive. I loved to sit with my grand mother and listen to the stories of her growing up in the hard times. I learned alot about hard work and discipline from her. I wish that I could sit down with her just one more time and listen to those stories all over again.
