Where yall been hiding?

Potts is horrible.
Potts was responsible for three turnovers, two of which led to Aggies scores.
The defense had a melt down this week, I really don't know why.

It was a really fun game to listen to tonight. C-Mike and Cyrus both went over 100 rushing tonight, and Jerrod had over 80 as well, I believe. Red Raider defense had a heck of a hiccup tonight. I know the Aggies were capable of this, but in Lubbock after a humiliating loss, I just didn't see it coming. I had a feeling it would be a lot closer than people were giving the Ags credit for, but I would have given them a 5% chance of winning this game. Great job, and don't let up next week. ISU just knocked off the Huskers in Lincoln...

I'll give her the benefit of the doubt. Tech and Liberty Hill have both been winning and highly ranked the last few years. Her two biggest rivals, Giddings and Texas A&M, have both gotten big wins over her teams this year. She is probably just a little frustrated. It is just a goofy comment anyhow, you see how I responded to it, I would have thought she would have given me props for it.

Oh crap! I did & intended to say "good one!". :p Frustrated? Nah - disappointed with Tech and sad for my Panthers. I've been too busy to worry too much about how Tech is doing, but I'm realistic. Almost every year we lose some random game that on paper looks like we should win, usually big. At least it wasnt' New Mexico! :p

Oh, and Giddings isn't really our rival ;) - we did beat the "biggest" one Friday night and got schooled by the second one - Burnet.

I think it is very mature that the same people that have been ragging about Sherman and the Aggies last week are now defending them with a passion. As for the comments from MOM, get off of it guys. There is not a person on this board, with the exception of BBDE, that would have gone out on a limb and predicted an Aggie win in Lubbock after last week. She made a comment that is commonly used to indicate that someone found or did something unexpected. It was not an insult and she then congratulated the only Aggie that predicted a win for thier team.

If you want to jump on somebody, jump on the people that were writing off your Aggies last week after Kansas State and leave the thin skinn on your back. MOM has been one of the most avid fans of her team when they are winning or losing and I have never seen her post a thing on this board that was meant as an insult to anyone.

I am not an Aggie and even though my daughter wants to go there, they will never be my team. But, I was amazed at the turn around betwen last week and this week. The Aggies have the personnel, though they are young, to be very competitive. What they still lack is the consistency that comes with playing together enough. This game could be a sign of the future for the Aggies and that should concern everyone in the Big 12.
