Do you have any changes in your district due to teams who have basketball and baseball, but no football?

I'm sure your joking, but sorry, I should have said, "no VARSITY football."

Typically new schools will have a varsity basketball and baseball team before they have varsity football. This causes some districts to change in the middle of the year.

Yes there are some occasions of this happening but usually in the A and 2A classifications. Some 1a schools choose not to play football and there are a lot of charter schools in the 1a and 2a classification that do not play football as well

North Forney - JV football this year but all other sports are varsity (I believe)

Anderson and Onalaska, district 21-2A. Both do not play varsity football. Onalaska does not have a football program in place, and I think they, like Hudson, used to be 3A. Anderson-Shiro have junior high football this year, and will have varsity football as the kids progress in a few years. From the looks of it, they should be pretty good. They may take some kids from Navasota whose parents are unhappy with NISD, for whatever reason.

Krum and Ponder will jump into 10-2A for basketball and other sports, but this will be the last year for Ponder. They'll play varsity football in 2010 and Krum will follow in 2012.

Llano, Burnet, Liberty Hill, will play Rouse and Vandergrift in Varsity Volleyball, Basketball, and Baseball as well as in track and cross country. However those two teams just have a JV football team this year because they are new schools.

Presidio doesn't play football, but they play all other sports...so that district changes.
