Will the attendance number drop?

i've seen a lot of talk about DFW and HISD schools dropping. With that influx, is it possible the top number for 3A goes down just so it isn't completely overloaded? Or will there be enough schools going up and enough dropping down where it will pretty much even out.

i still think it will raise about 10 or 15 like it has in the past.
