The Lady Pirates Play the Bulldogs tonite in Pirate gym at 7:00pm. It will be parents nite and the Bulldogs are a scrappy little butch of volleyball players. They were playing Sinton evenly in the match at Orange Grove, but that was the night the lights went out and the ladies had to return Saturday morning to finish the match. The Lady Pirates had to time to regroup and finish off the match. We need to pack the gym and jump on them early and not let them build any momentum. Go Lady Pirates and keep your undefeated season alive!!!!

OG took the match 3-1. Lady Pirates have Falfurrias @ home Friday and then Aransas Pass in AP on Tuesday, I think? Vrabird will be able to help us out with the schedule.

I think this is the first district game we have lost in over 2 years! :eek: :( It was a good streak. :clap:

The Lady Pirates fought and lost a very exciting match last nite in Sinton. They still have a 1 game lead in district and hopefully can rebound from the loss on Friday against Falfurrias at 4:30 before the homecoming game in Sinton. They finish up against AP in AP next Tuesday. Very important games to close out the district standings!!! MISSed you last night Phil!! we needed your extra encouragement in the stands!! The ladies were asking where you were at. Maybe you can make it Friday!!

According to the Caller Times, Falfurrias beat Ingleside last night. I think that keeps them alive for a playoff spot and they will be ready. I hope our girls can stay focused and put the homecoming festivities out of their minds until AFTER their match.

It all comes down to how you deal with the loss!!! Hopefully they put it behind them and play lights out the last 2 games like we know they can!! Go Lady Pirates!!!
