quick recipe for you guys, you'll love it...

came up with this one a while back, just getting around the posting it:

What you'll need:

Three tablespoons of mayonaise (or miracle-whip, your choice)
1 slice of ham
two pieces of bread
one slice of cheese (your choice)
a handful of potatoe chips

prep:

spread one and a half mayonaise (or miracle-whip) on one side of each piece of bread
put ham on top of one piece of bread (on wet side)
put cheese on top of ham
put other piece of bread on top of cheese (wet side down)
-put to side
on serving dish, add chips
then add bread/ham/cheese/combo thing to dish

serve cold

think I'll call it a sandwich...

Does it have to be ham, cheese and miracle whip? Seems like it might work well with peanut butter and jelly too (without the chips, of course).Maybe a tall glass of cold milk with it?
