I just couldn't handle not having a Brownwood thread on the front page.

I dont know why this suddenly occured to me today but last week we kept hearing about how Wylie hadnt faced a defense like Brownwoods all year... you were right it was more pourous that Vernon's. Or are injuries the reason your defense sucks too?

Nope it wasn't injuries. Our defense isn't that bad either. I gave Wylie their props after their win last week against the Lions. They played like a machine and deserved the win. I will support Wylie from here on out, but they still Suck. :D

I keep seeing so many people talking about Wylie winning a state championship. Little premature IMO. Gilmer is probably still the team to beat. They seem to be completely loaded. I have seen many a Wylie team over the years and this years team is special. Parts of them remind me of the title team but then there are parts that remind me of the team that was one and done against Vernon in Weatherford. Sandifer is a great coach and has the great assistants and he will have the kids prepared to play anyone. The playoffs should be a blast.

(and dont forget Monohans)
