In District 31AAA it was:

Sinton over West Oso 3 - 0 as already reported. Sinton won the JV and Freshmen matches.

Ingleside over Robstown 3 - 0. Ingleside won the JV and Freshman matches.

Falfurrias over Mathis 3 - 0. Falfurrias also won the JV and Freshmen matches.

Aransas Pass over Orange Grove 3 - 2. Orange Grove won the JV and Freshmen matches.

The standings with 4 matches left are:

1. Sinton at 10 - 0.
2&3. Tie between Ingleside and Aransas Pass at 8 - 2 each.
4. Falfurrias at 7 - 3.
5. Orange Grove at 4 - 6.
6. West Oso at 2 - 8.
7. Mathis at 1 - 9.
8. Robstown at 0 - 10.

In 2A my alma mater Freer beat Three rivers 3 - 1 and are 8 - 0 in district.

If my memory of this morning's news is accurate:

Orangefield is at the top of 21-3A with one loss
H-F, BC, and Silsbee are currently tied for 2nd with two losses each

And more importantly, Daddy D 11, the Lady Panthers have clinched a playoff spot out of District 8-3A with that 3-1 win over Llano.

Incidentally, LHHS has a 15-1 record in sets in 8-3A competition this season.
