U.S. cinches 2010 World Cup Challenge in Men's Soccer!

We beat Honduras in a thrilling game 3 - 2. This was important because we were struggling lately but now we qualify to challenge in 2010. We led 3-1 then Honduras scored to make it 3 - 2. Honduras had a chance to tie it with about 3 minutes left with a penalty kick but it went over the cross bar and we held on for the win.
Good news indeed!

U.S. was leading their group and had been unbeaten in their previous two matches. they were playing good soccer going into the match on saturday and it showed with the americans hanging on to win.......good luck to the U.S. on wed.

I hope they do as well in the world cup as they did the the confederation cup when they beat spain and almost beat brazil in the final. That was exciting to see america excel in the other football the rest of the world holds in such high regard.
