My favorite costume of all-time, and cheap. One of my best friends did this some ten years ago and I still love it. Buy a large, white trash bag and cut holes for your neck and arms. You're white trash.

One year my friend used a card board box as a "table top", cut a hole to insert her head, covered it with a table cloth, stuck a condom, a lucky cigarette box and 2 wine glasses to it, put a lamp shade on her head and she was a ONE NIGHT STAND :D
