College I believe you get one. You have to call time out to challenge. If you win the challenge you get it back.

Pros it is two. If you win one of them you get the time out back and the challenge back for a total of three if you win the first one.

High School you get zero. But usually most crews will give you at loeast two make up penalties during a game. :D
