Defense won us the game for sure, O could never seem to get going and penalties again hurt us. Luckily the D was able to get 6 ints and Brennan Blakemoore returned 2 of them for scores 80yds and 90yds. We need to get better on the line and learn how to keep our D off the field or we wont last long in the playoffs, if we get there first.

Game was a lot closer than the score indicates. Canyon Lake turns the ball over 4 times inside the 15. This has not be the charateristic of this offense this year. Give credit to Wimberley defense for geting tough when they needed too. We just seamed to force the ball and made mistakes at the worse possible times. It was 21 to 15 with about 5 minutes left in the fourth we were driving for the score then the wheels fell of. We gave up a field goal then two quick defensive scores and it was over. A wild entertaining game though.

More important though is the late injury to a Wimberley player hope he is ok and prayers sent. Let us know how he is.
