Stafford rolls in to Sweeny with a surprising 5-0 record. Will they remain unbeaten when they leave?

yah what the hell's up with Stafford??? New coaching staff or something? They've always had some decent talent...

I'm not sure they are usually the doormat of District 26-3A.

A team doesn't always remain a doormat forever. Take Smithville for example. They have rehabilitated their reputation in 1 1/2 seasons after going 0-30. They are 9-6 now in d25 a very tough district. Stafford will make the playoffs and Needville will go d2.

They're not blowing out anyone, but the kids seem to not give up like they did in the past. Sweeny should take it if they play mistake free ball.

I say Sweeny in a hard fought game...Like Old Green said mistake free football and I see them winning I also think Sweeny's Defense will be tough for Stafford also.

I'll take Sweeny just because of history. When Stafford shows up in a district game, then they'll get some credit. Not until then though.

I'll go with Sweeny if they play mistake free ball. We will see what caliber of teams Stafford has played in non district.

Stafford has played a relatively easy schedule, I'll take Sweeny.

Hitchcock coach Gary Carney said his Bulldogs were driving for a TD when game was stopped in the third quarter.


Hitchcock only has three official complete games under their belt and 0-2

Losing to Anahauc, Beaumont Kelly and one other private school.


Forgot who Spartans played in their non district games since I don't get 26-3A stats from Maury Sallinger anymore

Only get 23-4A, 26-2A, 28-3A and 29-2A

Costs almost $200 to get those
