Folks, I don't want this to sound like I'm preaching....but seriously, have ya'll ever thought how much cholestrol turns into plaque and clogs your arteries?

Since my heart attack a little over a year ago, I became scared enough to change the way I eat.

I would encourage you if you don't already, watch what you eat, and try to get a regular exercise program in...
Exercise, as I'm sure most of you know, lowers that dreaded bad cholesterol.

I notice food a lot more now.
I can't believe our own State Fair of Texas is selling Fried Butter!!

Do you all have any good healthy recipes?

Fruits and veggies..
