In District 31AAA it was as follows (Information from the Corpus Chrisit Caller-Times):
Sinton over Falfurrias 3 - 2. Sinton also won the JV and Freshmen matches.
Ingleside over Aransas Pass 3 - 1. No results given on the JV or Freshmen matches.
Orange Grove over West Oso 3 -2. Orange Grove also won the JV and Freshmen matches.
Mathis over Robstown 3 - 1. Mathis won the JV match and Robstown won the Freshmen match.
There is one game to get to the halfway mark in the district but the standings as of 9-30-09 are as followes
1. Sinton at 6 - 0
2&3 Tie between Ingleside and Aransas Pass at 5 - 1
4. Falfurrias at 3 - 3
5&6 Tie between Orange Grove and West Oso at 2 - 4
7. Mathis at 1 - 5
8. Robstown at 0 - 6
The big match will be this Friday between Sinton and Aransas Pass in Sinton and I think the match begins at 4:30 P.M. Next Tuesday Sinton goes to Ingleside for another big match.
It is in 2A but Freer (my alma mater) beat Cotulla 3 - 0 and is 5 - 0 in that district. Freer won the JV match and Cotulla won the Freshmen match.
