Forget the records. This is one of the longest continuous rivalry in Texas. They have played EVERY year forever, well at least for the last 50 or 60 years.

It will be another smash-mouth football game.

Considering Royal is in region 4, I will go with the Jasper vs Silsbee game.

What's the deal with Silsbee? They played Newton tough, but got destroyed by Diboll.

Silsbee @ Jasper, 72nd meeting between these two schools. Started playing each other back in '23.

Just one of the best rivalries in high school football.
