For the Bulls, they have always been:
1. Comeback routes, especially on the scramble drill.
2. Deep out.
3. RB draw from shotgun.

I think the more appropriate question to ask about Gilmer's playbook/offense is, "Which play do you run when you don't want to score?"
In that case, I really couldn't answer your question.
