when can schools begin scheduling games for next year?

i think they can at any time but traditionally they wait until right after the realignment in Feb to announce anything

well..thats what i thought...then i was told today by a former coach that ther eis a set date..he said you can talk to schools before that date but you arent supposed to have anything set before then...

I know we have a game scheduled with El Campo for like until they do away with football.

You can make agreements before hand, (some already have part of the pre district games agreed to for next year) No dates are set, and leave plenty of open room because you do not know if you will have 6 or 8 teams in district till after re alingment.

I always thought you could kinda make gentleman's agreements..but the games themselves aren't officially set until the day of realignment...
