The Leps dominated. The offense was very balanced going to several wrs and mixing up the plays well. They had two tds called back on penalties. The defense shut down the Apaches and forced a fumble and recovered in the end zone to score. The Leps rushing game was on track and #22 Wilson had over 100 yards and three tds. The Leps are firing on all 12 cylinders and will roll.

On a down note Lep receiver #8 McHazzlett suffered a tremendous hit on a reception and was sent to the hospital. The Apache defensive back was down with what appeared to be a concussion and staggered off the field but #8 got right up and continued to play. He had some problems in the locker room at the half and was transported to the hospital. No word yet on his condition. Prayers needed.

WR is going to be ok. The Coaches are setting him out this week and LG is off the follwing week. That will give him two weeks to regroup. Had all of us concerned here in LG as he is a GREAT young man, and one heck of an athlete as well.

Good news about #8. We will need him in Bellville. The Lep passing attack has so many targets they will present a challenge to the Brahmas' defensive backs. We will need him and Dwiggins to take the pressure off Wilkerson. McHazelett has great hands, speed and runs his routes flawlessly. He is fearless across the middle where he has earned a reputation as a game maker. Go Leps!
