How does SFA get two kick returns when the other team does not score?

Surely Texas College didn't decide to go on defense after the opening coin toss or after half time?

I was going to go to the game but I was running late and it was already 36-0 in the first quarter so I stayed home and watched USC Ohio State. One of the media members at SFA that we know from Fairfield told Coach that Lufkin High School would have beaten Texas College and that there was a running clock in the 4th quarter. By the way everyone is talking we could of put up 150.
