A lot of people made fun of him for that rant but I gained a lot of respect for him.. He really took up for a kid that he had just benched. He put himself out there and everybody forgot about the kid being moved to 2nd team.

Houston is good. They looked like a potential top ten team today. Their D needs to stop the mistakes, and their special teams need some work, but their offense is very very very good.

WTG UH!! Big time win for that program. This will help recruiting I think. The coaching staff has done a good job with this team.

BTW, BJ Anderson who graduated from Van in the 1990's is O-line coach at UH.

Lots of good 3A Texas football players on this team. Starting with Beall and Blackmon from Tatum.
