today is the day we go from 4 teams down to 2.
all this heated talk the past few days will be cut in half next week.
well, we're actually here. it's finally friday. all the fans are nervously making last minute preparations for the game. some players will be suiting up for the last time. some of the players will be hearing their last pep talk by the coaches. some parents will be watching their sons play their last football game.
we will witness a battle between 2 great teams in La Grange and Giddings tonight. only one goes on. the team who's season ends tonight will have nothing to hang their heads about.
football is a sport most texas towns are built around and everyone wants what's at stake next weekend. the young men on these two teams want nothing more than to bring the most prestigious award home.
who will it be? who is going on for one more game? go to the dome and watch these young men give it their all. most teams can only dream of getting this far, these two teams are living it.
