Bellville 7th a team beats Brenham 30-22.
Bellville 8th a team beats Brenham 22-0 i think.
I was pretty tired at this point.

both B teams played also. bellville lost both of those games by a td. the 2 brenham a teams were their # 1's. the 8th grade team for brenham were some big kids, and the running back was lightening fast. their coach said he runs a 4.5 forty(he scored all 3 tds). that kid will be special for the cubs in a couple of yrs.

Keep us informed on how the Jr. High program is doing. Love to read about the upcoming players. What chapter do you work out of. Living in the area, been thinking about joining a chapter. The last game I officated was in 1974, I was in the Houston Chapter and Ben Franks ran the show by himself.

That 8th grade team is VERY strong. They went 8-0 last year and dominated every game. Never gave up more than 1 TD in any game while averaging about 35 points on offense.

Their stud RB is Garrette Nunn's little brother.
