Well that was interesting...now I have pulled all of my hair out. What was the NAvy coach thinking on the 2 point conversion. They had ran all over us all day and then do that. Thanks for the gift. It wont happen but we should drop out of the top 10.

Negative, he is talented but does not hold the same ability to bust the big play.

Obviously you havent watched much Ohio State Football. Pryor can break the big play almost every play. Remember this was only his 12th game. What I saw today was him thinking way to much and trying to be perfect. This kid needs to just let go and have some fun.

Then why didnt he do it at least ONCE today against NAVY?

Just for the record.... I was born in Texas (sweetwater 1965) Just happened to live 7 miles from The Ohio State University during my formative years for sports. That is probably why I am also a Cincinnati Reds fan also. Not so much anymore as I dont really watch Baseball since the strike a few years ago. ANd I also live and die with the Cowboys every Sunday.

Now back to the Buckeyes. Yes we barely beat Navy. I was very impressed with Navy. We were up 15 with 4th and goal at the 2 in the fourth quarter. 99 times out of 100 Tressel would kick the field goal and go up 18. Game over will broken. But no he let Pryor talk him into going for it. BIG MISTAKE!

As for your assertion that Pryor didnt make a big play all day. You are correct for today but believe me they ran a limited playbook today so as not to show USC. I will eat humble pie if he does not make at least 1 big play per half next week against the Trojans.

Pryor will be better than Vince Young before his career is over, mark my words.. but that really isn't saying much..

.... and if he dosent make those plays we will lose that game BIG!

Dont forget that Pryor is a Sophomore. Tressel has finally gotten the hint and is recruiting more speed guys on offense and defense so that we can compete better in the National Championship game. Seems like we do well in all of them but that one.

Being better than a guy who put of the two best performances in the history of the Rose Bowl isn't saying much?

Being better than a guy who put up the best MNC performance of the BCS era isn't saying much?

I can name about 10 QBs who were more athletic than Vince Young and I'm no Rose Bowl historian but I'm willing to bet there were better performances than Young's.

That may be the most ridiculous comment that I've ever came across on this board..10 QBs more athletic? Please name them I'm interested in learning something.

Well judging by the only people who you listed that the game is actually up to todays speed...

Tim Tebow-Are you joking? He's not even a quarterback.
Troy Smith-Better QB than Tebow, but no Vince Young (that was proven at the coliseum)
Greg Paulus-Has had 1 ncaa start and it was against the worst team in the Big 10.

I'll give you Vick, Cunningham and maybe Crouch

I'll give you Vick and Frazier.

Only because I think Frazier is the best college QB ever.

Tebow isn't a QB?? haha I think Young is the one at the wrong position. He should have been a wide receiver.

Yea Paulus is an odd person to put on the list but I would like to see Vince Young run point guard for Duke and be a top tier QB.. Yea I didn't think so
