Mexia played an awesome game. we did not execute and got beat.

However, being the "Glass is half full" guy that I am, some might remember the last regular season loss we had was nearly 2 years ago.

On that night, we got the crap kickedd out of us. Later that same year, in the state quarter finals at Baylor stadium we had a rematch with La Vega and depending on which side of the 25,000 fans in the stand, that was one of the best high school football games ever.

We went on to play in the D2 finals and a loss to Celina.

I never give other team bulliten board material. Apparently those on our team have not learned that from what I hear.

I don't have any idea what happened Friday night other than the best team won. It happens you know. You crow when you can and sometime you have to eat it.
