i got laid off a couple of weeks ago. its my first lay off....they said i was getting a severance package....turns out it was just them paying out my bonuses which were ALREADY OWED TO ME.
jerks.
whatever...im enjoying my time off and unemployment, lol.
i was depressed for like 2.5 days and then i woke up and i swear it was like a brick got picked up off of my chest!
i didn't realize how stressful and exhausting that job was until it was all said and done.
now i can focus on getting back to my studies and working in my field for a change....when i actually get to building that resume. figured i would milk those a-hauses for a little while first.
they screwed me royally!
