Im just glad he gave up basketball and baseball for the shot to play at Miami.

Do not know the kid personally however kept up with him in high school, did not think UM was a good joice for him . Good luck to him and wish him the best, hopefully somewhere in Texas.

I have known Taylor and his entire family for 25 plus years. They are real fine folks and sincerely down to earth. My son and Taylor went to school together and played football and baseball together since the 8th grade. Taylor will really make a difference where ever he goes and is a real good athlete.

Just read in the Houston Chronicle that he will be going to Rice University.

Great pick up for Rice. He will be a good fit for that system. Hope the Owls come back in football as they have excelled in baseball. Plus, he gets a A++ Education from one of the most respected institutions in the nation.
