One of the safest city in the USA, just don't go across the border..... one of the highest murder rates in the world!

Any street corner. They're all over Montana Ave and I-10, but you can find them just about anywhere. I love me some Hispanic women, and they're easy to find out there. :D

with the recent drug gang wars going on across the border in mexico it has spilled over to EP and thus it is not always a safe place anymore....avoid places of questionable reputation and if it LOOKS like a place a drug deal may go down do not go there or hang around....


italian food in EP? I would not even consider that....hole in the wall true mexican places are the ones I would seek out...

boobs can be seen anywhere, so why risk gettin shot up in EP just to see those there?
