We played them a tough game last year to start the season with their stud. We were in the game until late in the 4th quarter. I think it ended up 14 or 16 point win. Honestly, we probably won't play that close but who knows on first game of season.

Lexington will put up a great fight. lexington a peroneal 2a power will be a good test for the tigers to open up there season. got a feeling lexington took that blow out the tigers gave them on there home field last year personaly and will pull out a few tricks to spoil the tigers opener. Smithville just to fast for the eagles. if smithville is clicking early this game could get out of hand. ill give lexington credit an say it will be hard fought.

I posted several weeks back that it would not surprise me if Brownwood started slow this year. However, it would not surprise me if we come out guns blazing either. The offense will be plenty potent and the defense will be very much improved. I know, after last year the defense couldnt get worse, I know. But, what I think you will see is a very aggresive, very fast defense. All that said, I believe we will beat Burnet, however, I havent nearly enough information to predict a score.
