Did Sealy graduate a big class? Who do they have coming back?

Can they compete for a playoff spot in that tough district?

Any results from their scimmages? Hadn't heard how the Tigers are doing.

The Tigers started off with a road scrimmage at Giddings. I think the final score was 4-4 but if I remember most scores were made on big plays. Both teams have some very good players. I know Rockdale played without All-state DT due to a medical issue and also all district NT who is still recovering from off season injury. Giddings looked good throwing.

Tigers second scrimmage was against Waco Robinson and the Tigers pretty much started out flat. In the controlled scrimmage it was Robinson 2-0 but then they played 2 live quarters and the Tigers got out 3-1. Look like the Tigers have some work ahead before the season opener against Llano on the road.

Dogman...bad news. The former Tiger is no longer on the Sealy staff. He had some certification issues. Hope he rebounds and gets going somewhere.

Two very good programs, both with traditions. I have to back our Austin County team, but have some sentiment for Rockdale, too.

No doubt. Hope he gets it taken care of and lands on his feet somewhere. Go Tigers!
