I don't know how many Jasper fans heard the Kirbyville fans booing in the 2nd quarter. I couldn't figure it out for a while, but I was working the chains in the first half. They were booing their own coaches because they wanted a certain player to get in the game.

You're team is in a dogfight.

The score is 12-6...not in your favor.

So, as a fan, what do you do? Oh that's right, you boo your coaches. I know that this doesn't represent all the fans, but talk about no/low class. Why don't you support your kids instead of booing. After being around the Kirbyville kids, I can tell you that they played their hearts out in the first half. Try and show some self-controll and respect for the game.

Kirbyville players and coaches...Ya'll played a tough game last night and should be commended. Good luck the rest of the season.

I bet the coaches had a reason if he wasn't in. Maybe it was a discipline problem or it had something to do with the way Jasper was defending something. I don't know, but try supporting a group of people that helped get Kirbyville 5 wins this season instead of booing when you're down by 6 to a good team in a great game!

I can't remember the name they kept chanting. Sorry. That was the weirdest thing though. When a few fans started booing, Kirbyville was driving the ball. I couldn't figure out what the problem was till they started chanting this one kids name...man I wish I could remember the name...sorry.

By the way, this was not all of the fans. Just enough to cause a stir among the rest of the fans. frown
