Better to lose now than in the playoffs when it is life or death. Diboll should be a heavy favorite to win the rest of its district games.

Sorry about the loss Jack. It was partly my fault. I bet my neighbor (his son plays for Newton) that Diboll would win. Every time I do that I lose.

It was one of the best high school games I have ever seen. Diboll has a heck of a team and Newton's team is loaded with speed. It will be interesting to see how far each team goes.

Not many people gave Newton a chance in this one. Glad they could play up to there potential and get a big win against a great Diboll team.
