La Grange lost first championship game, they are playing the second game right now. LG was up 5-2 in the 6th inning, should be just about over by now.

so is this the 3rd or 4th time in the last 5 years that a team from LG or Giddings has represented the Southwest Division at the Junior girls LLWS?

As I recall Giddings was first to go and La Grange has now had 2 teams go, also Elgin was in the 12 yr.old World Series a couple of years ago. LG's first team to go will be Seniors this years, maybe this will be their year to win State also. A couple of big position spots to fill for this to happen though.
