The Oak Cliff Super Bowl between Dallas Carter and Dallas Kimball will be played Friday Oct. 9 at 2pm at Kincaide Stadium

From what I was told by DISD, that day is "DISD Fair Day"

It's fair day that day so DISD thought it would be best for this to be a 2pm game. The entire district is out on 10/9, plus having the game at 2pm keeps the unsavory element away.
