Just when you think things can't get any darker, we found out this morning that the father of Cole Pargmann, the young man who passed away this weekend, was in a serious accident early this morning and air-flighted to San Antonio. After some tense hours and prayers, it looks like dad is going to be OK. (THANK GOD FOR ANSWERED PRAYERS) This family needs lifting from as many souls as possible.
The visitation is tonight and the funeral is tomorow morning. Please keep the family and the community in your prayers :(

OMG

Seems everytime I get on the boards it's bad news.

I pray that God will
hold this family and community close to Him. My he strengthen them and comfort them. I pray for all of you who this has touched.

I just looked over at the Region IV section and clicked on Region IV and then clicked on District 28-3A and there is a picture of Cole Pargmann.

Thanks for all the good thoughts and prayers - the funeral represented Cole and his Gobbler spirit. His Dad was able to make it to the funeral, so that was a another blessing. Saw numerous "old" coaches (aka ex coaches lol) so it was a bittersweet couple of hours. The paster has a son who is a coach in Wimberley and he shared that with the mourners. Again, thank you from Gobbler country, the prayers are appreciated.

Now the healing can begin.. :)

My prayers are with you 44. Such tragedy. It reminds us of what is really important and that the privileges we have and the things we love to do are soooo fragile.
We are blessed to be able to enjoy the Downlow and meet friends and be part of their healing through our support.

We should all be thankful for our children and families and their talents that we get to playfully brag about here.

Now pick youselves back up and get Gobbler Country back on track. We'll be here rooting you on.
