Sept 11th - Cuero vs Devine in Cuero

Sept 25 - Cuero vs La Vernia in Cuero (that should be a good one)

Why didn't Denison and Big Spring go neutral site? Seems like Sweetwater or Abilene would have been very manageable for both.

Wonder why Midland and Lee are playing week one. If there are 10 teams in that district, each team should get one non district game.

Rio Hondo only returns 3/3 and are projected to finish 3rd in their district. :eek: :eek: I'm thinking Cuero will stomp a mud hole in them.

Denison-Big Spring was a last minute deal because Royse City backed out on Denison last year...since it was last minute the team's weren't able to secure a site and I dont think either was real fond of playing on a Sat. Last year I covered the Big Spring-Denison game in Denison and it was one of the more fun games I saw.

Duh, I forget about Week 0. That Guyer - Stephenville game should be good too. Guyer is going to be pretty dang good this year.

There are a bunch of places to stay on Shoreline in CC. Days Inn, Ramada Inn, Omni, Holiday Inn Emerald Beach. I'll be down there tomorrow. I'll get you some more options. :nerd:
