Dont follow the cooking instructions on a pack of beef ribs, its like jerky with a bone in it.

The instructions didnt tell me to remove the plastic so I put em on the smoker with the plastic on em. You think thats what cause the tuff skin on em?

Sure are, my relatives in Raceland LA. would put all kinds of pork products in a Cajun Microwave. Good stuff.
