Mandatory Safety PPT

I have heard from various coaches that there is a new Safety Power Point all athletes must see before they can practice in any sport. I have looked under UIL, THSCA, TEA websites and have found nothing. Supposedly, it just became mandatory on Thursday or Friday. Do any of you know if this is true or not? If it is true, where can I find more of the information?
