July 1999 - Ten Years ago!

What a month that was. We were worried about what would happen to everything on 1-1-2000 but were to make it ok.
We were still celebrating the Spurs first NBA title that year.
The USA Women's Soccer Team beat China in Los Angelas for the world championship and this helped make soccer especially women's soccer become popular in the USA.
Also this was the year that Lance Armstrong won his first Tour de France and he was to go on an win a record seven straight.

Thanks for sharing Phil. I only wish we could see the Spurs win 4 more titles in the next 10 years.

That would be cool...I like some of the moves they made this offseason. We'll see what happens.
