I guess it would depend on what kind of headache: sinus, hangover, etc. But that being said, I like Excedrin. They have several different flavors and the mix of aspirin and acetaminophen with caffeine to speed the process make for a good headache cocktail.

well mine is from a slight hangover and i cant get rid of it
