I am looking at Borger's schedule from last year. It shows they
played Snyder in week 1 and Muleshoe in week 2.

This year's schedule shows they play on a Thursday in week 1
against Muleshoe.

Also, the schedule I have for Snyder shows that the Tigers play
both Lubbock Cooper & Estacado in week 3 on Friday at 7:30.
I know ya'll think you are pretty good. But I don't think you'd fair
too well playing 11 on 22. So which one is it?

I am gonna give Coach Rogers a call and see if I can get it

Oh I know. I was just using it as an excuse to
try and draw out some Snyder posters. :D

That would be cool if you could it. So far this is
the only snag I have ran into trying to update
the schedules.

Big Spring's gonna be pretty good.....with Tannehill healthy and seven offensive starters back I really like what they can do....

Palo Duro should also be much better this year

We beat Big Spring 24-7 last year and their RB
appeared to be their biggest offensive threat. A
few years back we beat Ryan Tannehill and BS
59-41. But that was because his WR's dropped
more than they caught.

Last year Big Spring did what they did with Tannehill hurt (missed the first 7 games but was never healthy)...basically their offense was give the ball to Anderson or chunk and hope to Parker and Straughter....Straughter is back and with a healthy Tannehill they will be real dangerous on offense....the defense will benefit greatly with Ritchey not having to worry about playing QB....

Big Spring will be much better than last year

I remember one of the side stories to last year's
game. Sweetwater and Big Spring both had
stud MLB/FB's. Unfortunately the BS kid had what
I remember to be a season season ending leg
Injury. I wonder if he was an underclassman.

Not sure, it was a tough year for Big Spring losing Tannehill in pre-season.....5 kids got injured in a car wreck but sucked it up and played two weeks later then the day before the playoff game against Everman their best defensive player gets arrested for a string of robberies..weird season

Well see, my biggest criticism of BS has always
been how undisciplined they play. That goes all
the way back to the late 80's. They always seem
to implode when things aren't going right. Hell
a few years ago they had a defensive player start
a fight at the FCA game in Abilene.

Their stud RB stole and set a car on fire my Junior year right before the Sweetwater game. Didn't matter, their backup ripped us to the tune of 48-14 or something in that neighborhood.

They've got the best skill kids in west tx IMO

I wouldn't doubt that0 for a minute 328. But all
the skills in the world don't matter if you don't
have your head screwed on straight. :(

Agreed....seems to be an odd mindset in town....I will give them credit in the playoff game against Everman despite getting absolutley destroyed they stayed disciplined for the most part
