I read a story about this on ESPN.com a few months ago. The guy either has a lot of enemies or is totally delusional. His own family has even sued him.

"This action will provide Mr. Dykstra time to reorganize his estate (and) successfully challenge the multitude of meritless claims that have been made against him," he said.

I like this part the best. Truly doubt "meritless claims" caused his bankruptcy. With as many as are sueing, there must be some truth to his not paying bills.
