I couldn't log in to the DL all day one time. I thought the site was
down. So I went to the 'alternate' 3ADL site and nobody was
there. Then the next day I think it was I had no problem logging
in and I didn't clear cookies or reboot.

I've seen a time where I had to go delete a website shortcut off of my favorites list, then go back to the website manually. I've also had the same problem getting to a particular website, the only website I couldn't get onto, and it turned out to be a problem with the router system, not my router. I called the cable company, went through their system of pings, and still couldn't get on that website. After about a month, the problem finally was fixed.
