interesting he is taking over golf...

doesnt cuero have a pretty decent golf program going right now?

We had 6 or 7 good years (2000 to 2007)- state appearances etc. Last year didn't get past Regionals. Got some "young ones" shooting some good golf and should make some noise in a year or two. I've heard Coach Toot is a really good golf coach as well as basketball.

Also, Matt Kirschner (former boys' asst. BKB coach) is taking over as head coach for the Liberty Hill girls' basketball team this season.

Matt's a great guy, a Pittsburgh guy (Go Steelers and Pens!) and a very good athlete-friendly coach who pushes for GOOD academic standings amongst his players..

where did the old LH girls coach go............man there is a lot and i mean a lot of basketball talent on the boys and girls programs at LH.

The old girls' coach left LH for family purposes..
