Yes I am Spaniard,I am an avid Bulldog fan.I attend every game, even those out of town.I'm very excited about this team.I just hope they can get lucky and stay healthy. If they can, I expect great things from them. Our defense allowed 407 yds. last week and that must be addressed immediately.I know Gatesville's Offense was real good, but that is too many yards to allow anybody.Go Bulldogs!

schweet! yeah, our d did give up a little more than they needed to, but they still held their own. gatesville's #29 was a real quick guy, and im sure he will continue to progress as will all of our guys here in burnet. i graduated two years ago, right when burnet football started its turnaround again, from the stinky years before i graduated. shipley has done a great job taking advantage of his players abilities and talents using an offense other than the bone. and its paying off quite a bit.

I don't even want to imagine wasting McGee's talent in the wishbone. That would be horrible.

Chris, don't worry about the yardage, we got run by also every where but on the scoreboard. I'm sure it will get better for both of us. Remember, it's still very early. Best of luck to you.

yes it would be, mcgee has one of the strongest arms ive seen in a while. shipley has the speed to catch up to most any of mcgees passes, and the moves to add to it. miller has the speed and power to make an excellent back at mostly any school he chooses to go to i think. he may not be the biggest guy out there, but look at priest holmes from u.t.

I'm pretty satisfied at where the team is at this point. They need some work before playing a team with a good offense and a good defense.Gatesville ran 73 plays to get those 407 yds, and Burnet gained 371 on 33 plays. But, I repeat Gatesville is a great team. They definately impressed me.
